We were fortunate to be in town the same week of the New York Auto Show. While planning agenda, we decided to go on a day where the Lotuses would be gathering outside. They were all very beautiful, especially the newer-style Elise.

Inside, I got my first freebie from Scion. I literally had to plea, but did score a beanie. I expected freebies galore, but I suppose with daily visitors in the thousands, it must not have been feasible. I did also get on stage for a Toyota game show, but I didn’t perform so well...

We were fortunate to see a number of concepts, but we were all the more disappointed to find that the Honda CR-Z was not in attendance. It really would have made our show. My camera ran out of battery before we ran out of cars, but as you can see below, that didn’t really stop me from documenting the show more than amply.
